All product orders accepted by CABANILLAS RAMIRO are accepted in accordance with the following General Conditions of Sale which will form part of the Sales Contract. Acceptance of the products will imply acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
No agent, salesperson or representative of CABANILLAS RAMIRO has the authority to vary these conditions unless they have written authorisation from the company.
Price and Payment
The prices reflected on the website aceites-melgarejo.com include the corresponding taxes.
CABANILLAS RAMIRO reserves the right to vary the price of the articles without prior notice in accordance with market conditions. The prices published in our catalogue do not constitute an offer nor, therefore, an obligation to be supplied at that price in all cases.
All invoices/purchase invoices are payable on the date shown on them. Payment must be made in € (euros) by the means chosen at the time of placing the order.
If any of the products ordered is not available at the time of placing the order, it will automatically be restocked as soon as possible in order to ship to the customer's satisfaction.
If this restocking is delayed for reasons attributable to either the manufacturers or the suppliers, the customer will be informed as soon as possible to inform him/her about which products are slowing down the delivery, as well as to provide him/her with possible solutions.
Property and Risk
All products will remain the property of CABANILLAS RAMIRO until full payment of the amount thereof has been made, except in the case of cash on delivery.
The products sold must be used in accordance with the indications of their respective instruction manuals. It is the responsibility of the user to use them under the conditions stipulated in the sale and not manipulate it against them.

In any case, the buyer will be able to know exactly the amount of the shipping costs corresponding to their order directly from the website before making the purchase.
Orders will be sent by an express courier service provided by the transport company, which guarantees delivery within no more than 24 hours for deliveries to the peninsula. Although these deadlines are understood to be in working hours, orders usually arrive in most cases within 48 calendar hours from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times
The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products. In any case, the shipment is processed as quickly as possible in the logical interest of both parties. In the case of orders of several products, a single shipment will be made when all the material is available, except in the case that the customer expressly instructs us otherwise. In the latter case, the customer assumes the costs of any additional shipping costs incurred.
For those products that are not in stock, the buyer will be provided, by email or telephone call, the approximate delivery time that the manufacturer or supplier has communicated to us, and will be kept informed of any variation that may arise from this period.
Returns and Warranty
The client can raise his right of withdrawal during the 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Our main guarantee is the total satisfaction of the customer with our products, so that if, once received, it does not meet your expectations or it has simply been an error, you will have 14 calendar days to make the return counted from these days. from the day the order was received.
In these cases, CABANILLAS RAMIRO will return the full amount of the product(s) purchased and their shipping costs at the time the goods are received or when the consumer presents proof of return of the same (such as the receipt from the transport company); whichever happens first.
In order to make the return, it will be an essential requirement that the product is in perfect condition and that none of its mechanisms have been forced or manipulated. CABANILLAS RAMIRO reserves the right not to accept returns that do not meet this condition.

The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered. If the goods are not returned in their original packaging, they could receive a depreciation that will depend on each specific case.

The shipping costs related to the return will be borne by the customer.
In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or that there has been an error on the part of CABANILLAS RAMIRO, the buyer will have the right to request that the product be resent without any additional cost on his part or that the total amount of the purchase, including shipping costs, once the product has been returned to our facilities and the incident has been verified.
In the event that the shipment has been damaged during transport, the client is requested to notify CABANILLAS RAMIRO of this situation within 24 calendar hours after receipt. In this case, CABANILLAS RAMIRO will initiate the insurance claim procedure of the transport company to replace the damaged merchandise, always without any extra cost for the client.
